I paid £1672 for a ‘Premium+’ yearly subscription to twitter.com/x.com when Elon Musk, the majority shareholder, had promised on several occasions that all posts that are not illegal would be allowed.

I posted ONE comment that could arguably break the law, but instead of deleting that post, X suspended me and deleted all my other posts, and as I depend on X for my income, this has caused enormous damage economically and mentally.

The comment I posted was sarcastic and I didn't realise it could be misunderstood, and I would have deleted it immediately if anyone asked me to. But after the comment was viewed 19 times, X decided to defraud me, and now I'm not allowed to comment, like, follow anyone, and only use a few of the services I paid for in advance for a year.

I have contacted X over and over again, but I only get the response that my post was ‘violent’. We know this happens by accident and X doesn't know why, e.g. Andrew Tate's new party account ‘votebruv’ was suspended, but small accounts like mine have no chance of reaching a human at X and getting the problem fixed.

I demand that X reinstate my account, give me a public apology which I can happily reciprocate by apologising that due to cultural differences and non-perfect English my post could be misunderstood as anything other than Monte Python humour. But I also want substantial damages as my business and mental well-being have been severely affected, which is reasonable as X handles its customers recklessly with no possibility of recovery.

If X had been clear that they will take my money if they feel like it, that would have been acceptable, but this is completely unacceptable when Elon Musk actually promised me freedom of speech, X took my money and then sadistically ruins everything because of a ‘mistake’ of basically saying the exact same opinion that he himself posts daily, but in a sarcastic way.

Jag postade EN kommentar som argumenterbart kan bryta emot lagen, men i stället för att ta bort det inlägget stängde X av mig samt radera alla andra mina inlägg, och då jag är beroende av X för min inkomst har detta orsakat enorm skada ekomiskt och mentalt.

Kommentaren jag postade var sarkastisk och jag förstod inte att den kunde missförstås, och jag hade direkt tagit bort den om vem som helst bett mig. Men efter att kommentaren visats 19 gånger så bestämde sig X för att bedra mig, och nu får jag inte kommentera, gilla, följa någon och bara använda några få av tjänsterna jag betalt för i förskott för ett år.

Jag har om och om igen kontaktat X, men jag får bara svaret att mitt inlägg var "violent" (våldsamt). Vi vet att detta händer av misstag och X vet inte varför, då t ex Andrew Tates nya partis konto "votebruv" blev avstängt, men små konton som mitt har ingen chans att nå en människa på X och få problemet fixat.

Jag kräver att X återställer mitt konto, ger mig en offentlig ursäkt som jag gärna kan återgällda med att be om ursäkt för att mitt inlägg pga kulturella skillnader och icke-perfekt engelska kunde missförstås som annat än Monte Python-humor. Men jag vill också ha ett stort skadestånd då min affärsverksamhet och mentala välmående drabbats hårt, vilket är rimligt då X hanterar sina kunder vårdslöst utan möjlighet till återupprättelse.
