Latvia?!? Urbanization. It takes time to get around in Riga, even if works fine. But here in Sweden, the ones who spend most time commuting are people in Stockholm because there are more job opportunities almost close, but hard to move there. Unlike in the rural Sweden, and Latvia, I assume.
