I really don’t think so, and turning off the immune system seems like a really bad idea. Other mammals don’t do that! Bears live out of their own vitamin D rich fat and lick their vitamin rich fur. And some of the bears eat fish - that eat vitamin D rich algae.
If you don’t eat only fish (or fur exposed to summer sun… Which is what vitamin D pills are), you need some 7000-20000 IU of Vitamin D per day to have a fully working immune system.

I like the MEGA branding, but "Europa" is for some reason pronounced without any starting "E" sound in English, German and Russian. WTF is up with that? It is f-ing up the MEGA branding. All other (?) languages in Europa pronounce it differently, but sort of start with €.
