This is why mercenaries refuse to go to Ukraine to fight. Doing missions in Africa, Afghanistan, the Middle East was an adventure and the mercenaries had the superior weapons and intelligence services, while the other side rarely could strike back hard.
But if you go to fight for Kiev/NATO in Ukraine, it’s unlikely that you will even see a Russian allied soldier, and instead a drone that you don’t see directs a shell that kills you when you least expect it.
In best case you manage to invade an empty forest in Kharkov before that happens.

Most of the Middle East will also become partners. Now imagine the shitheads in Washington DC saying that they will sanction Russia, Iran or any SCO or BRICS country more! They will just be a laughing stock.

Republican policy reframes - Video
The general trick Scott Adams is using here is to embrace and then top the other side’s argument (“We will solve systemic racism, climate change, healthcare for all with better systems.”), and taking the higher ground by saying “You are just calling us names, while we are trying to solve problems with better policies”.
Saying that “We are the real green party to fight climate change with nuclear!” has actually been done by The Moderates party (Liberal Right, a party allied with Joe Biden's Democrats) in Sweden, as they tried to paint themselves as the new better green party that would "solve climate change with nuclear" . The Moderates made images with their logo and style, but with the colours of the Green party:
The Moderates were pretty successful painting themselves as the workers' party 17 years ago, as the Workers' Party Social Democrats (S) were more interested in high taxes, green bullshit, more immigration and wokeness (Their current party leader since one year Magdalena Andersson is way more conservative). Local Moderates are in many places hugely successful in getting traditional Social Democrat voters on board, but the central party not so much.
So how did it go for the newly painted green Moderates in the elections the 11 September 2022? The Moderates lost 2 seats, and the Sweden Democrats gained 11 seats, the Social Democrats (SD) gained 7 seats, and the Greens gained 2 seats. Voters either didn't buy the Green bullshit and voted SD, or they bought it and voted for de-industrialization of Sweden, or they didn't care and voted S.
This is the difference with a proportional election system - If a party is reframing its policies to attract voters from the other side, the party will also lose voters to allied parties that have a more traditional framing. But: Republicans who try to talk like Democrats, will also be defeated in primaries, so they can’t do that.
Melvie had a relevant comment: "It's all political theater. Both wings of the same dirty bird. The analysis is good but it's to make us think there are two sides with different ideologies. Good way to hoodwink the populace."
But I wouldn’t go that hard into getting black pilled. The thing is that the Democrat party has gone full totalitarian and only goes after the people who disagree. I don’t think that can be fixed. There are ways to improve the Republican party, and the main way is to make media better: More truth, better focus on what helps people and society, no covering up stories.
