(Note: https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/country/isle-of-man/ gives completely different numbers: 33!!! 20 times less than the graph above. Data is just crap everywhere.)
A few points that the Twitter morons don’t understands:
No, this data alone does not prove that the vaccines do not work. They might lead to less severe disease or all weak people dying of something else. All causes mortality and hospitalizations, and comparing comparable groups of jabbed vs unjabbed is the only really meningsful mesure.
No, this does not prove the vaccines protects against severe disease. This is clearly omicron that we know quite well now that is causes less severe disease and why that is - It’s most likely a live vector vaccine, that is: A virus engineered to spread everywhere to cause immunity against the more dangerous variants.
An explanation can be that the jabs slows the virus down for some time, and then it comes back with a slingshot momentum. Important reminder though:

Oh, look how great Sweden is! But what happened before 2021?
Sweden is the worst! So much death in 2020!!! Notice another problem except the obvious that 2019 is missing?
Here you see bad statistics about how many precent of the Swedes died every year:
Why is this bad? Because imigration and other factors have greatly changed the average age of the Swedes, so you should not use percentage of the population dying if you want to compare years that are far away from each other.
Average age of the ones dying is the important messurement if you want to see if people are getting more or less healthy. So 2019 was an extreme year with very few people dying in Sweden, but it wasn’t that extreme in Norway and Denmark. Which means that the percentage list of deaths/year was pretty correct when comparing the last years at least, but it might not have been.

What is the chance that Moderna worked as fast as they could to create a crisis-saving virus? 95%? 99%? I’ve only heard of viruses “combining” in the lab. They don’t do that otherwise, do they? Bacteria can change genetic material with each other, but you simply don’t get delta if you already have omicron and vice versa.
What to mention to someone who think the covid jabs are safe and effective?
Mention all causes death and all causes hospitalizations when comparing to similar (best if randomized, like the are in the data below). And then ask them what the best independent virus and vaccine experts in the world, Dr Robert Malone and Dr Mike Yeadon got wrong?
