To use the hang over moment in meditation can be very effective too, asking your brain and body why you are doing harm to yourself. ;-) In my case, I just did it because everyone else did it, which is not a very good reason, but only a kind of mass formation psychosis/neurosis.

So, after that special meditation, I started to order water, tea, milk and shakes etc. It is also a conversation starter, attracting good attention, similar as wearing a nice red/orange/yellow helmet in front of children as a role model.
