the funny thing about electric vehicles is that it failed 100 years ago and will fail again in the next 100. Why? Because the purpose is wrong, if it's about the environment then it already failed by the time it comes out of the factory, imagine the paint, the lubricants, the other harmful chemicals it used to be put together. The only way to have full adaptation of EVs is by incentivization and coercion. Governments had to build roads exclusively for EVs, energy subsidies and anything to make EV attractive otherwise it is just a piece of electric horse excrement.
