And this is why media no longer wants to talk about covid:
BREAKING: A study in the leading medical journal ‘Vaccines’ has found that mRNA vaccines are significantly associated with deadly blood clots.
The research team analysed 1,154,023 adverse event reports from more than 130 countries.
1 in 1000 got Cerebral venous thrombosis (CVT), a rare thrombotic event that can cause serious neurologic deficits. Add to that all other strange side effects and all medical problems that got worse. Of course the injection was never intended to make anyone healthier.
Australian election 💩
Freemason piece of 💩 Scott Morrison (“skott morr i son” in Swedish means “shot growl in son”) did a worse job in election fraud that some other 💩 💩 💩 freemason globalist anti-human “green” sadist clowns. So that is too depressing for me to look more into. Maybe Labour has become something good, but I doubt it. They are still arguing about 30% of the election fraud though.
*) It’s insulting to call them “The Greens” as green reminds them about nuclear power that they hate, so instead call them something organic and recycled, like “Pukes”. An elected member of the Swedish green party even sued a newspaper for saying she was that (The automatic translation is not understandable: In Sweden “The Greens” are called “Miljöpartiet de gröna”, and their members “miljöpartister” not “de gröna”, but Madeleine was offended that she got associated with the party she represented - Yes, really!), so be careful and kind, and call them “Pukes”.
Reframing tip: Stop blaming the big banks for wanting to take everything from you!
The right response is that the big banks want to take everything from you, and so do you from them, but you are a superior person that can make that happen - maybe not now, but we’ll figure it out eventually!
When you get “Hi, how are you?” #1234
When your (for example) Facebook relations you don’t know want to know how you are doing:
Thanks for having a Facebook relation to me. Here is a tip that will really benefit you and me at the top: https://heddahenrik.substack.com/p/natoshitshow
Of course I rather read comments about my content and, even better, about stuff that should be my content, than writing how I am privately to thousands of people who want personal attention. But if you want more attention: Be interesting! Create stuff, and not just reaction to what others do! And then it will soon be you who need to try to be nice to all the ones asking you how you are, while not spending all your time on that.
And please: Don’t whine about that you’re flooded with messages: No one cares and if anyone did care, there is nothing they can do about it. You just sound like a narcissist that imagines that everything is about you and others should solve your problem by somehow helping you not getting messages from annoying people.
So I’m not whining about that I can’t respond to everything, but you should know that some people can’t respond to everything so that you don’t feel personally insulted because they don’t reply or respond dismissively.
What about single container autonomous ships? They will be way less efficient, but if they are mostly solar and wind powered, it doesn’t matter so much that they are slower as they can go directly from a small port to another small port or even beach without need for a reload in a few hub harbours. They work best for local transports though, and a “small” soon to be self-driving electric 120 container ship is already sailing in Norway:
Single container ship would fill a totally different niche though. Think of them more like the rental electric scooters, but for the waterways.

Why less wheat might be good for the world
Modern US GMO wheat rich in opioids grown on mineral depleted soil is of course worse than the black soil (Ukrainian soil) wheat, but even healthy wheat is bad food for humans. The seeds don't want to be eaten, so they contain "anti-vitamins" that bind for example zinc so if you constantly eat pasta or bread to the food, you'll become zinc deficient (despite that it contains a lot of zinc), and our stomachs can't digest wheat and it causes inflammation.
Plus that wheat protein doesn't contain the amino acid l-lysine, so by eating wheat you stress the body with proteins (stops autophagy and causes blood sugar to raise), but without one of the important parts.
Note that this isn’t a modern problem and people have become weak and sick by only eating bread for millennia: Look at the belly of Akhenaten (1351-1334 BC) for example, and we know that the bread and beer (Yes, they ate beer like porridge) eating Egyptians had severe deficiencies and seldom lived to 40 years, while hunter gathers often live and lived as long as first world people today, except for the ones dying of accidents or violence (the murder rate among hunter gatherers are often way worse than in the worst mafia infested modern city - Of course some people murder their rivals if it’s easy to get away with by blaming a hunting accident, see for example Ötzi who got murdered over 5000 years ago).
Vegan garlic curry butter beef broth stew with eggs and aged cheese
Some mixed frozen vegans… I mean vegetables, spinach, a pile of leek, tomato juice/crushed/paté, beef broth, butter, mild curry, pressed garlic.
Then I have that in my fridge, and at serving time, I put cheese in the bowl, poor over the heated up vegan stew with butter and meat broth, mix in the cheese so that it melts, and then add and then mix the egg(s).
How much of each stuff, you ask? Ask the government, they know!
By the way: I don’t add salt to food as I have it in my green tea and lime water quite enough anyway. Broth is salty enough.
